About Unemployment
Everyone has opinions on unemployment, so I’ll share mine. When we can analyze a problem, we can connect it with other issues to find common points that offer universal solutions. By identifying a single underlying problem for all challenges, we can create one universal solution for life’s difficulties. However, this requires accumulating knowledge in all relevant areas, comprehending them, and integrating them.
Vandalism And Poor Work Ethic
The write-up was inspired by two young men who offered not to give me receipts for my purchases so I could provide the remaining money to the guy carrying my goods. I refused and asked them to bill me the right amount, explaining that nothing good comes from ill-gotten gains. The two young men seemed utterly unaware of the wrongness and gravity of their actions. How many shoppers had accepted this deal before me? I would have reported the incident if the shop owner had been present.
The two young men were willing to break a business that employed them for immediate gains (lunch). At best, the company would remain intact, but the tellers (including the innocent ones) would all be fired once the returns failed to match their inventory. So, the two men would be out of work. They would then be hired by unsuspecting people, causing more companies that chose to employ them to collapse. The same applies to workers who damage company property, increasing business expenditure.
Employers Without Reliable Employees
The best way to succeed is to avoid hiring or monitoring these individuals. Sacrificing managerial responsibilities to closely supervise employees. The business owner is often at the cash register, relying on the false security provided by the camera. Unbeknownst to them, the cashier has their finger on the barcode. It’s essential to be careful about letting negative influences into our lives. Their path is set, and they will continue to decline; the choice is whether you will allow yourself to fall with them.
Will More Businesses Increaseย Employment Rates
Some business owners prefer automating their systems over hiring unproductive employees. It’s overly simplistic to assume that more industries and businesses will automatically lead to more employment, as poor work ethics, lack of competencies, dishonesty, and a negative attitude towards clients are not tolerated. Employers may choose between sacrificing their businesses or parting ways with underperforming employees. How can we expect others to invest in our dreams when they are unwilling to invest in themselves? Investment requires forsaking short-term gains for long-term benefits.
