Meeting With Destiny
The Bible emphasizes important principles by presenting them in different ways. We are bound to understand at least one of them. The principle of meeting destiny is demonstrated through Boaz finding Ruth, Jesus encounters the Samaritan woman at the well, and other examples. Although the world may perceive these individuals as outcasts, God values them and grants them special favour in the spirit.
Receiving hidden blessings or knowledge through chance is an act that may not be entirely random, as these people have developed a habit of being in the right place and doing the right thing, perhaps even under God’s supervision. Our devotion to our calling may seem routine, but one day, an unexpected opportunity may arise through which grace can work for us and those around us.
Where Should We Sow
As benefactors (givers), we desire to assist those in need when possible. However, allocating resources to every individual is not feasible, nor is it expected of us to do so. The lack of desired outcomes may discourage further investment, particularly if it jeopardizes our well-being (avoid providing your valuables to those who may not value them. Matthew 7:6).
Nonetheless, utilizing our resources for a positive impact is paramount. Investing in individuals who consistently exhibit diligence, even without supervision, is wise. These individuals can be entrusted with significant responsibilities due to their ability to manage their resources properly. Identifying these individuals may be challenging as they may appear unremarkable amongst the masses until the discerning eyes identify them.
โWhoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.โ Luke16:10.
Finally
It is a rare achievement for a person to find a virtuous partner. The one who finds and the one found are both exceptional. When two individuals meet for God’s purpose, divine favour is bound to follow. This belief calls us to embrace each aspect of this principle and be astute in spiritual matters while obeying God’s commands. Our obedience allows us to sow fruitful seeds and toil for blessings. Both parties reap benefits when fulfilling their respective obligations within a larger whole. May God’s grace position us for breakthroughs beyond our imagination. May we be guided to cultivate habits that lead to new avenues of blessings.
