Moral Of the Story
God is the creator of everything in heaven and on earth. God is the source of all life, and all life is from God. There is no other creator. Hence, whatever exists was not created by someone or something else. Regardless of what people mean to do, all things are as God intended until our vision is clouded. When vision is obscured, perspective is lost. When perspective is lost, understanding is absent. Without perspective, goals are shifted to fit the false narrative, which does not align with what God intended for us. When not aligned with God’s will, we make decisions that take us from where we are meant to be. Only when we act on false perceptions do bad intentions towards us become physical manifestations because we consent to that new harmful reality becoming real.
David’s Bird in Hand
Failure to understand the value of our inheritance may cause us to trade them for things we do not need. David’s need for promotion to get the money his farm had already made was a destructive distraction. He failed to understand how precious the family farm was because he assumed his father was sentimental. If he had paid attention to his father’s words, he would have known the value of what he had. Instead, someone who understood his family’s fortune used his ignorance against him. If he understood the value of the underground stream, he would have known their wells would never get dry. Crop failure due to drought had never been his portion. His failure to act when he should have cost him his harvest. Only then did the fear of loss become a reality.
In Conclusion
God is the ultimate creator, and any deviation from His intended vision leads to distorted perspectives and misguided decisions. Ignorance, like David’s, closes our eyes to the actual value of our inheritance, causing us to trade our blessings for fleeting desires. Misalignment from divine will manifests harmful realities. Understand your purpose before you lose everything valuable; comprehension is where divine wisdom thrives. God does not turn what the enemy meant for evil into good because he already intended good from circumstances as they are. The truth is the enemy that tries to turn what was meant for good into evil. However, without our cooperation, the outcomes of such manipulations will not manifest.
Lamentations 3:25 (AMP)โโ
The LORD is good to those who wait [confidently] for Him, To those who seek Him [on the authority of God’s word].
