Why Should We Have Vision and How Can We Enhance it?

1. 1. Few losses are as severe as those incurred from the solutions created by one who does not understand the problems.
   2. Curiosity is a significant contributor to learning and intelligence. It provides the capacity to identify deficits and solutions to fill the gaps. Those who lack curiosity are unaware of their deficiencies.
   3. Develop a thirst for knowledge. Enjoy the process of acquiring new skills. Learning is most effective when one enjoys it and understands its purpose.
   4. Be willing to do the small things that will lead you to reap what you desire. A journey starts with one step in the right direction.
   5. Right now, a person with logs in both their eyes is looking hard for the speck in yours to prove that you can’t see. Do not let other people’s biases cloud your judgment. Focus on improving what you can to achieve your goals.
   6. Do not allow other people’s biases and agendas to lead you astray. Success can only be measured by the one who sets the targets. The fear of what other people will think has killed many dreams.
   7. Let this life be full of meditation as we recognise our shortfalls for the sake of self-improvement. It will not be an easy journey, but one that is achievable.
   8. “Don’t give up” is not for all seasons. Fulfilment of purpose and happiness comes with letting go of what does not serve or grow you. It is not giving up but moving up and moving on. There is a difference. Do not stay where you do not belong because you delay getting where you do. Once you are finally where you belong, then do not give up.
   9. We can learn from anything and everything. However, connecting the pieces we collect over a lifetime takes a while. They may not make sense until every piece falls into place.
   10. Knowledge is good, but wisdom is the application of knowledge to provide meaning, purpose, and functions.
   11. We must not fear rejection or judgement more than dying without trying or using our gifts. One who sets a ceiling for the effort he is willing to invest but expects to get maximum rewards is building castles in the air. Akin to a man roofing a house he is unwilling to build.
   12. No one finds themselves by leaving pieces of themselves behind, and those who cannot find themselves cannot find their purpose.
   13. One who does not know themself is fighting a battle with both hands behind his back. One who knows themself but does not accept themself is fighting with one hand behind his back.
   14. All our life experiences are meant to be cumulative to create a deeper version of ourselves so we can see the bigger picture.
