Words for all seasons

Generosity is like forgiveness. It is for our sake, not for others. Sometimes, it takes the gratitude of a stranger to remind us we have much we must be grateful for. What appeared worthless to us may bring tears of joy to another. As we start a new week, let’s go into the world to impact it with our unique brand of crazy or normalcy๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ™ˆ. Enjoy the feeling of fullness that each experience adds to you. Life is a two-way street.

Work hard and do your best to change your circumstances and that of your loved ones. If we all did our part, the world would be much improved. If God moves you to give, please do so. No help is too small for someone who needs a small hand. Do not give when you do not have. There is no shame in it. Do not worry about what you may not have. If you are breathing, don’t give up. You can turn the tide in your favour. We have a few more months in the year to put in our best.

Don’t let the holidays and special offers pressure you. They are days of remembrance, not letters of eviction requiring immediate action. If you are in your season of sowing, don’t let the celebrations of others eat into your investments. Use the days to give glory to God and use his blessings wisely and efficiently. If it is in your power, spend those days with those you treasure after doing some progressive work.

Do not try to prove your goodness; if it is not recognised, then there is no goodness there to try to impress. Like recognises like. Love much, forgive much, live much, and celebrate your life, not just on special days, through realising and appreciating your specialness. Get up when you fall, speak up when you see wrong, and stand up when something needs doing. Finally, get enough rest when you need it. You are your greatest asset. Look after yourself better than your car, house, or other people.
